Wonderfully located in Southern Europe, the wonderful country that is Italy is one of the countries that have been publicized as a tourist attraction
. Italy has especially been advertised as the perfect place to go if you are planning a honeymoon vacation with your better half. The whole country’s atmosphere is filled with scents of love and affection.
It also happens to be one of the ‘Big 5’ in soccer. A group that consists of the countries whose clubs are the most prominent in the soccer world. These countries include England, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France. Boasting famous clubs known and supported worldwide such as AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Roma, and Napoli, the country is bound to be a fascinating one for the soccer aficionados also.
However, none of the above reasons come close to the best parts of the country and why you should visit the country. Those 3 wonderful reasons include:
Ever heard the saying “Your trip to Italy isn’t complete if you didn’t have a taste and savour their wonderful cuisines”? I guess not, seeing as I just came up with it now!
However, on a more serious note, it is public knowledge that Italy has arguably the best cuisines in the world and you can decide to move there just so you can have a taste of their cuisines whenever you want. Yeah, they are that good!
While you are there, some suggestions are their famous pasta, Mozzarella, Pesto, Chicken Cacciatore, and Gelato.
People might have regretted coming to Italy but I can assure you that the cuisine over there had absolutely nothing to do with it.
2. The People
The locals in Italy are some of the friendliest bunch of people you would ever meet and I mean that with all sincerity. Now, you might have heard tales of Italians being friendly with tourists and visitors, being pickpockets, and can be extremely violent but what country doesn’t have a bunch of hooligans?
However, I have never had any of these experiences during all my visits to this great country and only have fond memories and nice stories to tell of the people there.
So basically, if you arrive in Italy, try to be social and friendly with the people also. While they might be naturally friendly, the way they behave to you would largely depend on the vibe you give off.
What would a list of reasons to visit Italy be without a mention of their capital city? I need not sell this particular reason so much as virtually everyone knows about Rome.
A unique city that is very much a 21st-century city while still preserving its history and ancient buildings from 2.800 years ago. You can go to the city and walk through the same halls with great people as Julius Caesar did.
There you have it, the primary reasons why need to take a trip down to Italy. Will be expecting tales of your exploits!
